They are doing their best to protect their reputation based upon their history with Aaron. It appears, based upon the evidence being shared in the media, Aaron has lost everything.

His job.
His fans.
If convicted, Aaron will lose everything, including his legacy.

As we watch the story unfold, we all can learn from Aaron Hernandez.

The reality is that we have no idea whether Hernandez is innocent or guilty of the murder of Odin Lloyd. We do know he is in serious trouble, the kind that any player in the NFL could stumble into if he made enough bad choices. –ESPN

This is not just a cautionary tale for NFL rookies but everyone of us who want to lead and lead healthy.

We must decide today what legacy we will leave tomorrow.

The Patriot’s organization allowed anyone who wanted to trade in their Hernandez jersey the opportunity to do so. In one day 1,200 jerseys were traded in. The team lost $250k.
